Cat's Meow is 21+ only. Guests under 21 are not permitted to enter. Everyone must present a valid accepted photo ID, such as a state-issued ID, driver's license, military ID or international passport. All guests must also be 21 or older to purchase or consume alcohol.

Cat's Meow started its 2-for-1 Happy Hour tradition back in 1989, and we're still doing it today. From the time the doors open at 5PM until 8PM every night, guests can enjoy 2-for-1 well drinks and domestic beers.

Yes. Please be aware that cards used to open a tab are pre-authorized for $100. That temporary authorization generally disappears after a few days depending on your financial institution. Because of this, we ask our bartenders not to open tabs using debit cards.

Karaoke runs from open until close, every day. Choose a song from our songbook and sign up to sing. Our MCs host the party, introduce singers, help when needed and keep the energy going between performances.

Yes. Cat's Meow does karaoke a little differently than a typical neighborhood bar. To keep the show moving and the energy high, our DJs play popular music between guest singers. The MC may lead a line dance, start a sing-along, run a game or contest, or get the whole room involved before introducing the next karaoke singer.

Happy Hour is usually the best time to get on the list. Once the club gets busy, the wait can grow to a few hours. We average about 8 guest songs per hour, so if there are 20 or more names ahead of you, expect a longer wait.

No. Our entertainers cannot accept bribes to move someone ahead in the karaoke rotation. To give guests another option, Cat's Meow offers a HOT Line — Head Of The Line — pass when available.

Yes. Cat's Meow features four full-streaming HD live webcams powered by EarthCam, with views from inside the club and Fremont Street. Our stage cam has viewers tuning in from around the world.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside Cat's Meow. Designated smoking areas are available in our courtyard and on the balcony.

Cat's Meow is a casual bar and does not offer standard table reservations. Tables and seats are first come, first served. If you'd like the best chance of getting a spot for your group, we recommend arriving earlier in the evening — ideally during Happy Hour.
